For each design project I work closely with members of several different departments within the company and provide them flexibility they demand to produce the product they need.
In the last several years during times of company transition, I was called upon to provide various web interfaces and functionality for the customer service department. These interfaces helped them easily provide customers with account information they needed because of account and product changes due to company mergers and consolidations.
I am continuing to pursue a goal of process streamlining in order to shorten the development cycle of some repetitive tasks. As I gain agreement for each process, I also document new processes for the rest of the web team. |

|
Maintain and design web pages and graphics for multiple corporate intranet and internet websites. |

Recently completed development of a generic ASP email form page set. This allows a custom form to be created in less than half the time with complete functionality. |

Produced several Flash movies for Marketing that provided sales incentives and sales channel information for approved internet initiatives. |

Replaced top navigation and left site navigation systems in the company internet with a different set of systems to improve website functionality and appearance, and provide better cross-browser compatibility. |

Implemented script currently used in both internet and intranet websites that allows users to either display Flash animation or display a static image; defaults to image if no Flash player present. This script was also implemented in the intranet home page, and has the added benefit of allowing remotely connected users to have a faster connection. |

Took football half-time and contest photos for website display. Create mass HTML email announcements as necessary, obtained and implemented opt-in email software system that allows the email to be sent to incremental groups of email addresses over a given time period. Home page allows users to customize the greeting using a layer and a cookie. |
