These Ventures should find a hearty welcome in the bosom of every professing Christian. Sharing this opportunity with others should be one of the most exciting things you have ever been privileged to do for the Lord's glory. Indeed, each of these Ventures is hope-giving, earth-changing and God-honoring.
Here, you are not only provided with the unparalleled goals, the Spirit-led undertakings and the earth-changing projects, but you are provided with the means and the vehicle which will enable you to arrive at your desired destination. Don't you think that wisdom and compassion demand involvement in this effort to esteem Jesus Christ and improve the conditions of our world if one is a Christian?
The Bible teaches in 2 Tim. 2:2 "And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also." As we are admonished to pass on what we have received in the way of spiritual knowledge and helps, we also are introduced to Paul's idea of spiritual multiplication.
Participants in Global Ventures For Christ are requested, under the Lord, to share these materials with other people and then invite them to partner with you in these great Christian undertakings. Each participant is requested to enlist and sponsor at least three other people to help with these projects. Sponsoring means to pray for them, encourage them and become mutually accountable to one another for the glory of the Lord.
Keep a list of those you introduce and enlist in this movement. You will want to keep up with them, encourage them, share with them and offer help if they need it in enlisting their three into this movement.
GVFC provides helpful suggestions on how Christians can contribute in a great and impressive way to the Promotion of the Kingdom of God, its unity and its growth in its monthly publication titled "Christian Ventures News and Views". This Newsletter is emailed to each participant each month without charge.
When you fill out your registration form, we would like for you to think, not so much that you are joining an organization, but that you are agreeing to participate in a
special effort with a lot of other Christians in esteeming and honoring Jesus in a new and glorious way.
Think of the leaders of Global Ventures For Christ as your fellow- partners in this great 21st Century effort for our Lord.
If you agree to participate in these Ventures, you are requested to provide your name, your email address and your telephone number (for us to use in case your email address gets changed). Also, we need the names and email addresses of each person whom you have enlisted along with your name. Your privacy is guaranteed to be safe in the hands of the people at Global Ventures For Christ.
We are requesting that each participant help with the Memorial Garden by contributing the equivalent of either a Rose of Sharon or a Lilly of the Valley the cost of which is estimated to be about twenty dollars. We do not want you to send the flowers but the equivalent of them, twenty dollars, please.
When you visit the garden, in the future, you can be assured, you will be glad you had a part in its development.
SPECIAL NOTE
Any one who enlists and successfully sponsors twelve or more people in Global Ventures For Christ will be awarded a free pass for six people including yourself whenever you choose to visit the Memorial Gardens. Your guests must be in your company in order to receive free admission.
