Participants in these Ventures will show their appreciation for the wisdom and creative abilities of Jesus Christ by esteeming Him as they seek to adorn the institutions He created for the welfare of the race. He created them in this order, the home, government and the Church. Like any old building, they show their age by their deterioration.
These institutions which are so fundamental to all the people on earth need critical analysis and study by the most capable minds available. Each one of them has been compromised and is not able to function now in the manner the Lord intended. People have sentimental affection for these institutions and that may make it difficult to change and modify them.
One of the greatest needs on this earth is to rediscover and recapture the original role and purpose that God had in mind when He created these institutions. We need to rediscover the principles laid down by the Lord concerning these institutions and draw up new models and patterns so they can be remodeled and restructured. We need to help revise and renew them
so they can conform to God's plan and better serve the basic, fundamental needs of mankind.
A Christian Commission will be founded for each of these institutions. The Commission responsible for helping improve the functions of the homes in our society will be made up by the appointment of key leaders supported by the finest consultants to be found on the whole earth. They will seek input from the general public and will work to propose a list of things that can be done to solve the problems of modern day homes and the institution of the Home.
At the same time, a Commission will be charged with helping the governments of the world function in accordance to the plans of the One who originally instituted them. The goal will be to recommend ways to help various governments honor the basic rights of its citizens as well as be able to work amicably with all the other governments in the world. The ultimate aim will be to help correct and modify the unstable political situations around the world removing fear and offering justice, liberty, security and hope.
A third Commission will be assigned to the Institution of the
Church. Jesus established the Church and had special plans and purposes for His Church. The Church has experienced many changes, some good, some not so good. A model for the modern-day Church needs to be drawn up based on the teaching of the New Testament and presented as a challenge to the Churches around the world. Churches need to set up for themselves some type of quality control. This could be utilized to challenge both the staff and the congregation to measure up to the standards set up by the Lord for His Church.
These undertakings and tasks are complicated but the new awakening our world needs so much awaits the improvement of the functioning of these basic institutions and the people who are in charge of them. It is up to the people of this generation to pull together and improve the conditions of the world so we can have a better tomorrow in a better world. It is within the capacity of the present generation to rid the world of war, to feed the hungry and to turn our world into a place of bliss and cheer. Can you be counted on to help?
